Peter has a strong background as a Senior HR leader of large organisations and is also an accredited Executive Coach for Senior Executives.

Rick has a wealth of experience as Senior Pastor in established churches and church planting right across the Sydney Diocese.

Jill plays a key role in supporting pastors’ development, including the professional debriefing of CMD’s 360 feedback and psychometric tools.

Raj is the Lead Pastor of Toongabbie Anglican Church, and has completed a Doctor of Ministry (Leadership) at TEDs. He has been a Mission Area Leader since 2010, and is acutely aware of the challenges of Gospel Growth, and is involved in the training of new ministers with CMD.
