I have found the cluster an excellent support for ministry. It’s been both encouraging and challenging – in a good way. It’s pushed me to be focused and better at measuring ministry goals on a regular basis in fellowship with other rectors.

Ministry Clusters are a valuable tool for any minister. They provide support and accountability for strategic ministry in a safe and professional environment. They have become an essential part of my long term ministry.

The Ministry Cluster group is a great opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another and strengthen local ministry partnership.

Participating in a Ministry Growth Cluster over the last 18 months has been a fantastic opportunity to learn from other local ministers and work together at lifting our game in key areas of congregational life. Our Growth Cluster has spurred me to implement a number of significant and beneficial changes at church.
